Our Work

 

Aston Martin DB12

Proud to have been part of the launch of the Aston Martin DB12- The world’s first Super Tourer. We were honoured to offer roaming canapes, a live oyster shucking and caviar station, premium cheese station, and a decadent dessert station to end the night on a sweet note.

Cocktails & Canapes also provided a Belvedere Martini bar in honour of Aston Martin and James Bond. All media and VIP guests were stirred, not shaken.

 

Rolls-Royce Louis

Held at Rolls Royce in Alexandria, we designed and delivered a bespoke 3 course dinner in collab with Louis XIII Cognac. We transformed the showroom into an intimate dining room for 24 guests, ensuring that the Phantom and BB Ghost were on display with the best lighting.

Guests were spoiled with Crayfish Medallion, Prosciutto, Parsnip, Glazed Black Grapes Entrée, a Warm Salad of Confit Duck Leg, Smoked Duck Breast, Lentils, Jerusalem Artichokes, Radicchio and Endive Main, and Chocolate and Raisin Brulee, Hazelnut Tuille, Crème fraiche for dessert.

 

Penfolds 70th Grange

Held on the prestigious Campbell’s Stores at The Rocks, we designed and delivered a tailored experience for 48 guests overlooking the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House.

In collab with Penfold’s, we paired the on-arrival canapes and welcome oysters along with some of Penfold’s most prestigious drops and our chefs prepared the mains for a sit-down meal paired with Bin and Grange selections, and 2 wine cocktails throughout the day.

 

Sydney Concours de Elegance

Sydney Concours de Elegance was the 5th edition held in 2023, and ran over 3 days at Hyde Park Barracks. As the exclusive caterer Cocktails & Canapés managed the Welcome event, multiple bars, and provided gourmet lunch hampers for over 850 ticketed guests.

 

AfterPay Australian Fashion Week

Australian Fashion Week attracted up to 30,000 guests over 5 days at Carriage Works. As the exclusive caterer Cocktails & Canapés managed multiple retail outlets, private events and VIP dining experiences.

We served a total of: 16,000 canapés, 8,600 cocktails, 7,000 glasses of wine, 100 grazing platters, 300 gourmet jaffles, 2,500 flutes of champagne, 300 Nips of whisky, 2,500 bottles of beer and 1,200 crew meals.

 

Cocktail Porter Launch

Proud to have been part of the launch of Australia’s first premium online cocktail delivery service, we were honoured to cater to the big wigs of the hospitality industry. Cocktails & Canapés shook up some cocktail classics and inventive canapés to influencers, media and VIP guests over the evening.

 

Liveworks

We supported Bombay Sapphire in serving gin-based cocktails with a matching menu to those attending Liveworks Festival at renowned events space Carriageworks. The 13 day event saw more than 7,000 drinks and 1,500 meals served to performing arts lovers. We provided a café-style experience with fine dining fare throughout the festival, from light snacks to more substantial meals.
